These “Terms of Service” set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of www.pro.dojohiphop.com (the “Web Site”). By using the Web Site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of Service set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Refund Policy

By completing your purchase with DOJO HIPHOP your agree not to open any disputes or charge backs against us for any reason. If you feel a refund should be issued, you should contact DOJO HIPHOP directly at support@dojohiphop.com

Only services relating to the creative aspect of what we do (Graphic Design Work, Websites, EPK’s, Etc.) are available for refunds in specific cases. DOJO HIPHOP has full discretion when deciding whether to issue a refund. To make a refund request please email us as soon as possible at support@dojohiphop.com | Each dispute will be evaluated on a case by case basis and if we deem that a refund should be given we will do so.

Refunds will be issued, either in full or in part, in the event that we are unable to finish a campaign or project.

Refunds will be issues in full in the event that we are unable to start a campaign or project.

No refund will be issued in the event that our inability to start or complete a project is due to client being unresponsive, not providing required information as requested by DOJO HIPHOP, or not cooperating with out partners.

Boosted Traffic

Boosted traffic refers to non organic traffic, followers, or other interactions that are solely for the purpose of increasing stats and the image of brand popularity. This includes social exchange platforms and Pay Per Stream networks which low cost means of obtaining interactions.

We may use third parties that offer boosted followers or traffic in our services to maximize our budgets. They are for the purpose of increasing follower count and image only. We also offer organic options and those services will say “100% Organic”. By placing an order with DOJO HIPHOP, you acknowledge that you are aware that may use non organic services in your campaign.

Be agreeing our terms of service you are also agreeing that you will not run multiple campaigns with any other companies or persons that may interfere with ours or throw off our stats. If you do, you will have to show us proof of there work if you believe that our services are not yielding the proper results. Doing so also voids any chance for a refund.

In marketing results will vary between artists, songs, and depending on the activity and quality of your account. No one can guarantee results and results may be more or less than expected. You understand that we cannot force people to engage with you or your music, that social media networks have the right to remove accounts, that followers may choose to unfollow you at any time.

Campaign timelines can vary based on your purchase.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any other social medias in any way.

DOJO HIPHOP is brought to you to make your life easier by promoting your brand for you. We discourage spam and violation of the law. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all social media rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use services at your own risk.

We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if any of your social media accounts are banned for any reason.

We never use your credentials without your permission. We never give it away to third parties.

We do our best to protect your login and password on our secure server. However, in case of loss of data we are not to be held responsible for any consequences of that event.
